RSS feeds

Thanks to those who requested the RSS feed. I'm still trying to figure it out. With Blogger fed to my domain, I have to write the RSS text from scratch and then go to Feedburner to get an actual feed. I understand that this is what I need to do, but not how to do it. If anyone is really good at this stuff...please feel free to HELP!
